Discernment Nudge
After advice, drafts or analysis you may act on, adds a short nudge on what to double-check before relying on it.
How to use it
Install it with the open Skills CLI (needs Node.js), then restart your agent:
npx skills add anthropics/skills --skill discernment-nudge- Download the ZIP from this page and unzip it.
- Put the
discernment-nudgefolder in.claude/skills/inside your project (or~/.claude/skills/for all projects). - Restart Claude Code and call it with
/discernment-nudge.
